In light of this event, there will be traffic management procedures in place on the morning of the race. These procedures have been designed to offer minimal disruption and will be managed by an expert Traffic Management company that will reopen roads as soon as possible and provide appropriate diversions during disrupted times.

8:00 – 12:30 Brunton Road closing Kingston Park Car Park to set up Start Area
08:30 – 12:15 Brunton Lane
08:30 – 11:30 Dinnington/Main/Cochrane Road,
08:30 – 11:15 Berwick Hill Road, Great North Road, Horton Grange Road, Old Great North Road
12:30 – All roads reopened.

Please note: A Section 16A Temporary Traffic Regulation Order (TTRO) is in effect for this event, with access restricted to blue-light emergency vehicles only for the duration of the event.

Residents of Dinnington Village will not be able to exit via Dinnington/Main/Cochrane Road during the closure period of 8:30am to approximately 11:30am.

For residents of Eden Park estate/Dorchester Place with travel plans during the closure we advise moving your car to local, legal street parking ahead of the closures.
